Mission Statement
The mission of Saint Gabriel School is an extension of the mission of Christ. We seek to develop a community of faith, in which all members are "woven together -- to parents, priests, teachers, administrators and students -- to live the Word of God". This community is strengthened in hope and love by fostering the growth of our students morally and spiritually, academically and intellectually, socially, physically and emotionally. The presence of this strong, vibrant community enables students to establish harmonious relationships with themselves, their God, their families and the world. As stated in the Bishops documents, "To Teach as Jesus Did"; "Community is at the heart of Christian education not simply as a concept to be taught but as a reality to be lived." It is the hope of Saint Gabriel School to weave a community that grows together in love and respect as it faces the challenges of the 21st century.
