FATHER LARGE EDUCATION FUND
Father Large was a firm believer in Catholic Education and spent many years teaching at Roman Catholic H.S. and West Catholic H.S. He recognized the sacrifice that families make today to provide a Catholic education for their children.
St Gabriel Parish has established the FATHER JOHN LARGE EDUCATION FUND, with the purpose of assisting families with children in Catholic schools who also practice their faith by attending Mass regularly. Children of St Gabriels who attend mass are encouraged to sign in that they were present. In April of 2027 we will award these families a share (based on the amount received and the number of eligible children) of the funds to help with the expense of Catholic Education.
Please consider donating to the FATHER JOHN LARGE EDUCATION FUND rather than sending flowers or a donation to the parish. His family would appreciate this tribute as part of Father Large’s legacy at St. Gabriel Parish.
